Who sells, and how you pay
These terms of sale apply to the purchases made in the MyGameMaster app, sold by Thibault Barske EI, 2 route de Dieppe, 76250 Déville-lès-Rouen, France. For any question about a purchase, write to contact@mygamemaster.fr.
You buy in the app, through the in-app purchase of your device’s store: the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), which charges you and collects the payment under its own terms. The price, in your currency and taxes included, is the one the store shows before you confirm; these terms write none.
What each offer gives
Playing costs nothing: any account joins a table it is invited to, creates its character and plays. Only the table creator pays, each time a scenario of their table opens — the first one and each following one; the other players never pay anything.
- The Supporter subscription opens as many scenarios as you want at the tables you create. It is the only offer that lets you create a custom story.
- The Member subscription opens 4 scenarios per period at the tables you create; beyond them, a scenario is paid with a credit. It gives access to credits at the Member price.
- Credits are sold by 5, and one credit opens one scenario. Credits alone are enough to launch a story: you create a table, and opening its scenario uses a credit. They do not let you create a custom story.
Before each opening, the app tells you what it uses: nothing, a scenario of the period, or a credit.
When a subscription ends
A scenario opened by a subscription is played as long as the table creator has an active subscription. When it ends, the table is frozen: everything stays readable, but no declaration is received and no turn is resolved, until its creator takes a subscription again or pays the scenario with a credit. Nothing is lost meanwhile.
A scenario paid with a credit is played until its end, whatever happens to the subscription of the table creator.
Renewal and cancellation
Both subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price the store shows, until you cancel them.
You cancel in the store: in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions; on iPhone, in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. The app never cancels a subscription.
Moving from the Member subscription to the Supporter subscription takes effect at once, the store adjusting the price; moving from Supporter to Member takes effect at the next renewal.
Credits
Credits do not expire, and they stay through every change of subscription. They are lost when your account is erased for good: if you ask for your account to be erased, they come back to you if you sign in again during the eight days of archive that precede it. An account with no sign-in for 24 months is erased too, with its credits, after a warning email.
Right of withdrawal
Credits are delivered to your account as soon as the purchase is made, and a subscription gives access as soon as it starts. By confirming the purchase, you ask for this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby give up the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, for credits as for a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store that charged you, under its own rules: ask Apple or Google Play. We make no refund in money ourselves.
A refund takes nothing back from what was given: neither credits nor scenarios played. If a refund calls for something to be taken back, we settle it with you, case by case. If a purchase does not give what it promised, write to contact@mygamemaster.fr.
Restoring your purchases
“Restore my purchases”, next to the offers in the app, gives your account back the purchases it made. A purchase made under another account stays with that account.
Your rights and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content.
In case of disagreement, write to us first. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the consumer mediator free of charge: to be completed: consumer mediator, designated before the app is released. You can also go to the competent court.
